- Delivery Time: Once your order is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your package within 1-2 business days. However, delivery times can vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. The cost will be clearly shown at checkout before you finalize your order.
- International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within Malaysia.
- Delivery Issues: If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will do our utmost to resolve the issue quickly.
Return Policy
- Return Timeframe: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of receiving it.
- Return Eligibility: Returns are only accepted if the product is defective due to damage during transportation.
- Proof of Purchase: An invoice provided by email will serve as your proof of purchase for the return.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected]. After we verify your return eligibility, we will email you a return airway bill. Please drop off the product at any J&T Express outlet using the provided airway bill.
- Refund Method: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. The refund will be made via direct debit to your bank account or credited to your Touch ‘N Go eWallet.
- Shipping Costs: We will cover the shipping costs for your return.
- Refund Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed.
