  2. Eligibility: Refunds will be considered in cases where the product has defects that occurred during transportation.
  3. Proof of Purchase: To initiate a refund, please provide your invoice received via email as proof of purchase.

  5. Exclusions: Please note, products purchased during promotional periods are not eligible for a refund.
  6. Returns: For returns, drop off the product at any J&T Express outlet. We’ll email you a return airway bill for the product.
  7. Refund Method: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund. The refund will be made via direct debit to your bank account or credited to your Touch ‘N Go eWallet, as per your preference.
  8. Shipping Costs: We understand that returning a product can be inconvenient. That’s why we will cover the shipping costs for your return.
  9. Refund Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed.
